  • Not necessarily! While most of our clients already use Squarespace, we also help with redesigns or migrations from other platforms like WordPress or Wix.

  • Absolutely. We can design and launch a brand-new Squarespace site that fits your brand perfectly—and then keep it updated with one of our management plans.

  • No problem! We’re happy to jump on a discovery zoom to put together a one-off support session and project-based work if you prefer flexibility over a subscription.

  • Most requests are completed within 2–3 business days. Urgent fixes are handled as quickly as possible—usually within 24 hours.

  • Yes, we will need admin access to your website in order to take care of the full range of needs you’ll have. You can securely invite us as a Contributor in your site settings, and you maintain full ownership and control.

  • No long-term commitment is required. Each plan comes in three-month commitments, and you can cancel anytime.

  • The process is:

    1. Launch your partnership by selecting your plan.

    2. Schedule an onboarding meeting — client grants admin access to their Squarespace site, discuss needs, set up management schedule/process.

    3. After onboarding, you simply send your website management requests and the team handles them.

  • All plans are set up as three-month, auto-renewing subscriptions. You can cancel anytime, and the service will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

  • Our standard plan is $299/month: It’s ror small businesses or organizations needing basic support — includes simple edits, updates, new pages with content, troubleshooting, and 2 hours of monthly support. Square Sites Management

    Our Pro Plan is a custom plan that we tailor just for you! This is for for small to medium-size businesses needing more frequent updates — includes simple edits/updates, new pages, recurring page updates, blog/portfolio/event support, custom video explainers and more!

  • Each plan includes up to 2 hours of ongoing website updates, maintenance, and support per month. Most clients find this more than sufficient for regular needs. If additional time is ever required, we’ll communicate options in advance.
